WilderCarna 12th – 15th September 2020
WilderCarna working party. Here we will be staying on Carna and spending part of each day working on regeneration projects leaving enough time for exploration, snorkelling or just relaxing!
We will be identifying specific areas of work nearer the time but all skills are welcome. This residential is also an introduction to the groundbreaking Wilderculture and wildercarna projects with regenerative agriculture consultant and co-founder Caroline Grindrod and Carna Conservation Initiative co-founder and Director Andy Jackson.
With a morning and afternoon practical teaching session these few days provide a brilliant opportunity to learn about the foundation of wilderculture and how it can help you improve your land, making it more resilient, productive and profitable. This short break is an ideal introduction for conservation workers, volunteers or indeed anyone with an interest or involvement with land management from town gardens to large estate management.
No previous knowledge or experience is necessary except for a love of nature and the outdoors.
All you need are good all-weather outdoor clothes and wellies or walking boots.
